About

My Corporate Radio at a glance.

A B2B editorial radio for hospitality, retail and corporate venues. A proprietary music library, curated by the editorial team, outside the catalogs of collective management societies.

My Corporate Radio was born to give voice to workplaces and hospitality venues. A hotel, a restaurant, a store, an office: each of these environments has its own character, and that character deserves an equally precise sound.

Founded in Rome by Emanuele Carocci, RTL 102.5 broadcaster, and co-founder Zaira Fera, MCR operates as a radio service for venues and businesses. It is not a personal music streaming app disguised as a professional solution, and it is not just a playlist: it is a real radio, with its own editorial identity, programming, and a music library entirely produced in-house or directly licensed.

The founding principle is simple: the music that accompanies your customers' experience must match the quality of your offering. Breakfast in a hotel, a cocktail at the bar, shopping in a flagship store, the waiting room of a professional office: each moment has its own intensity, and the sound must follow.

Where we come from

MCR is born from the meeting of two worlds that rarely talk to each other: high-level broadcasting, made of voices, programming, rhythm and editorial care, and the experience in commercial venues, where music is not a neutral background but an active tool that shapes the time and mood of those who enter.

Emanuele Carocci, who has been co-hosting "La Famiglia Giù Al Nord" on RTL 102.5 in the morning slot for years, also holds a role in artistic direction at other national radio projects. That sensitivity for quality broadcasting has been in MCR's DNA from day one: the idea that a radio for businesses should not be a compromise, but a professional, calibrated version of what mainstream commercial radio has been doing for decades.

"A radio for businesses should not be a compromise. It should be a real radio, with an identity, a voice, a rhythm. Only its audience is not in a car or in a kitchen — it's inside a hotel, a restaurant, an office."

What we do, in practice

MCR provides its clients with a professional streaming radio service with a music catalog entirely produced in-house or directly licensed from the rights holders. The client receives a document attesting to the origin of the catalog, and the entire cost is included in a monthly fee, with no additional variables.

The catalog is structured into several themed radios — designed for different times of day and different commercial contexts — that allow each venue to choose a soundtrack suitable to the time, audience and atmosphere desired. The radios can be listened to via web player, dedicated apps, or integrated into audio systems already installed in venues.

Beyond music, MCR offers an AI-powered voice message feature in multiple languages, useful to communicate information to venue customers (announcements, promotions, multilingual welcomes, service communications) without having to hire a speaker for every need.

The client portfolio spans from large Italian enterprises to the most curated venues in the hospitality and restaurant landscape, up to a recent expansion into the United States market in the short-term rental and multi-property management segment.

MCR also has a partnership with Federalberghi Roma (the Rome hoteliers' federation), bringing the service to over 400 affiliated hotel structures.

What makes us different

Three things, above all. First: a music library of our own production, curated by the MCR editorial team and not pulled from the catalogs of Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube or Amazon Music. A service built for businesses, not a consumer app hastily adapted for commercial use.

Second: the editorial signature of a national-level broadcaster. The voice of Emanuele Carocci on RTL 102.5 reaches hundreds of thousands of listeners every day; that same sensitivity for programming, voices, and the rhythm of the radio day enters every MCR station.

Third: total transparency on pricing. The fee includes everything, and the client receives a document attesting to the origin of the music catalog. No surprises, no extras, no ambiguity.
